The program welcomes all mainstream and immigrant community members to become involved at CIWA.
Additional Program Information
- we offer different volunteering job placements at CIWA
- we also offer volunteering placements in the community
- customized computer training (2 weeks) prepares volunteers to take on translation duties
- Arts and Crafts Program for senior immigrant women
- Good Food Box Program
- we organize Volunteer Appreciation Event two times a year
- our volunteers take on coordination of projects and public events at CIWA
- referrals to other CIWA programs help volunteers access additional support services
